Ingrid se integra a Fluitek – Marco con 12 años de experiencia en Gestión de Personas en industria manufacturera, en empresas chilenas como multinacionales, liderando los diversos subsistemas de la Gestión de Recursos Humanos con un enfoque de acompañamiento al Core del Negocio y Gestión del Cambio. Ingrid es Ingeniero Comercial de la Universidad Católica de Chile, Diplomada en Gestión de Personas de la misma casa de estudia y cursa un Máster en Coaching y Liderazgo Organizacional en la Universidad de Barcelona.

Rodrigo Frías Soto

Gerente de Operaciones y Supply Chain

Con más de 18 años de experiencia, desarrolló su carrera profesional en la industria siderúrgica, ferroviaria y agroquímica, liderando áreas de Operaciones, Logística Integrada, S&OP y Abastecimiento. Se integró al grupo Fluitek-Marco en 2021, para liderar las áreas de Operaciones, Servicios, Ingeniería y Supply Chain, siendo responsable de la post venta y soporte técnico de todos los productos y servicios que ofrece la compañía. Rodrigo es Ingeniero Civil Industrial de la Universidad Adolfo Ibáñez y tiene certificación en Supply Chain.

Gustavo Vial

Director

Gustavo se integró al equipo de Fluitek al poco tiempo de comenzar sus operaciones. Tiene más de 44 años de experiencia en el mercado de filtración y calefacción de motores. Es responsable de la red de distribuidores de Fluitek y grandes flotas. Estudió en la Universidad Técnica del Estado.

Gustavo joined the Fluitek team shortly after starting operations. He has more than 44 years of experience in the motor heating and filtration market. He is responsible for Fluitek’s dealer network and large fleets. He studied at the State Technical University.

Horacio López L.

Service Manager

With more than 10 years at Fluitek, Horacio currently works in the position of Service Manager at the national level, being responsible for post-sales and technical support for all products and services offered by the company. During his time at Fluitek, he has also performed functions in the commercial area, which allows him to understand very well the needs of customers and comply with the high quality and safety standards required by the different industries where the company operates.

Jorge Toledo R.

Administration and Finance Manager

Jorge comes to Fluitek with 16 years of experience as a Manager both in Chile and abroad, in Chilean and multinational companies in the Telecommunications, Mining Services and Energy industries. Jorge is a Business Engineer, MBA and bilingual Auditor Accountant, with studies at the University of Cambridge in leadership and the London Business School in M&A.

Juan Antonio Winter R.

Director

With 25 years of experience, he spent most of his professional career in the mining and earthmoving equipment industry, in both commercial and operational roles, reaching the position of Vice President of Mining for Finning South America. Juan Antonio is a Mechanical Civil Engineer and a Master in Engineering Sciences, both from the Pontificia Universidad Católica de Chile. He lived and worked in Argentina, Canada, New Zealand and Chile. He joined Fluitek as a director at the end of last year and also serves on the boards of FastSigns Chile and Khishka.

Alejandro León F.

Director

He has more than 30 years of experience in the mining industry, he is a Civil Mining Engineer from the University of Chile and an MBA from the U. Chile / Tulane University. Until 2018, he was President of Komatsu Mining Corporation (Ex-JoyGlobal) for Latin America. He is currently Vice President for Latin America of the CR Mining company, a member of the mining committee of the Michael Page company and part of the Fluitek Board of Directors since December 2019.

Eugenio Vial R.

Sales Manager

With a recognized trajectory and experience in administration and sales within Finning, performing in the positions of Service Manager, Retail Energy Business Manager, Used Equipment Division Manager, among others, being an outstanding professional for more than 20 years. He leads the sales team throughout the national territory. He is a Mechanical Technician from the Inacap University and has a Diploma in Service Business Management from the Catholic University of Chile.

Director

He has been with us since the beginning of Fluitek, has an experience of more than 25 years in mining and construction equipment. He is responsible for large clients of the company. He studied Mechanical Engineering at the University of Magallanes.

Juan Luis Simunovic R.

Director – General manager

Founder of Fluitek, he has more than 30 years of experience in the market for mining machinery and engines, he knows the Chilean market from Arica to Punta Arenas. His main objective is to periodically visit Fluitek clients in Chile and constantly search for new product lines. Juan Luis has studies in Fishing Engineering at the Universidad Católica del Norte.

Director – Gerente General

Fundador de Fluitek, cuenta con más de 30 años de experiencia en el mercado de maquinaria de minería y motores, conoce el mercado chileno desde Arica a Punta Arenas. Su principal objetivo es visitar periódicamente a los clientes de Fluitek en Chile y la búsqueda constante de nuevas líneas de productos. Juan Luis tiene estudios de Ingeniería en Pesca en la Universidad Católica del Norte.

Está con nosotros desde los inicios de Fluitek, cuenta con una experiencia de más de 25 años en equipos de minería y construcción. Es responsable de grandes clientes de la empresa. Estudió Ingeniería Mecánica en la Universidad de Magallanes.

Gerente de Ventas

Con una reconocida trayectoria y experiencia en la administración y ventas dentro de Finning, desempeñándose en los cargos de Gerente de Servicio, Business Manager Energía Retail, Gerente de División Equipos Usados, entre otros, siendo un destacado profesional desde hace más de 20 años. Lidera el equipo de ventas en todo el territorio nacional. Es Técnico Mecánico de la Universidad Inacap y tiene un Diplomado de Gestión de Empresas de Servicio en la Universidad Católica de Chile.

Con 25 años de experiencia, desarrolló la mayor parte de su carrera profesional en la industria de equipos para movimiento de tierra y minería, tanto en roles comerciales como de operaciones, llegando a desempeñar el cargo de Vicepresidente de Minería de Finning Sudamérica. Juan Antonio es Ingeniero Civil Mecánico y Magíster en Ciencias de la Ingeniería, ambos de la Pontificia Universidad Católica de Chile. Vivió y trabajó en Argentina, Canadá, Nueva Zelanda y Chile. Se sumó como director en Fluitek a fines del año pasado y participa además en los directorios de FastSigns Chile y Khishka.

Jorge llega a Fluitek con 16 años de experiencia como Gerente tanto en Chile como en el extranjero, en empresas chilenas como multinacionales en industrias de Telecomunicaciones, Servicios a la Minería y Energía. Jorge es Ingeniero Comercial, MBA y Contador Auditor bilingüe, con estudios en la Universidad de Cambridge en liderazgo y London Business School en M&A.

Tiene más de 30 años de experiencia en industria minera, es Ingeniero Civil de Minas de la Universidad de Chile y MBA de la U.Chile/Tulane University. Fue hasta 2018 Presidente de Komatsu Mining Corporation (Ex-JoyGlobal) para América Latina. Actualmente es Vicepresidente para Latinoamérica de la empresa CR Mining, miembro del comité de minería de la empresa Michael Page y parte del Directorio de Fluitek desde diciembre 2019.
